is more convenient for them to cruise in a lane that has less slow moving traffic
and less vehicles joining from slip roads. In theory, you could probably get
from one end of the motorway to the next at a constant 80mph, without
indicating once,
or looking in your mirrors. Yes, this is lazy. Yes, this creates mayhem for everyone
else. Yes, they are discourteous b*stards. |

feel it is safer to be in the middle lane, rather than keeping on having to
pull out. Yet they present a moving roadblock to faster machinery that
may one day
misjudge their speed and crash into them. And by forcing cars to undertake
or overtake around them, they are passing on that danger to other motorists.

can. How many times have you seen a police car pull over someone for being a middle
lane moron? Not that often, I bet. The fact is, most people put up with these
road-hogging antics. Being publicly pilloried on this website is perhaps the hardest
punishment we can currently foist upon them. Do so with relish. |
